What level is recreational exactly

Recreation is hard to define. Everyone has an own perspective of what a recreational level exactly is. In The Netherlands for example, we define recreation as following: all jumpers who have no obligations and are not obligate to compete at competitions.

To be sure we are talking about the same recreational level, we give you a couple of the hardest skills which will be thought at this camp.

Single rope

  • Toad > toad
  • TS > CL
  • AS > AS

  • TJ (triple)
  • Inverse toad (double)
  • Side swing double criss cross (triple)

  • Split > AS
  • Frog > CL
  • Push-up > AS

Double Dutch (DD)

  • Frog > push-up
  • Helicopter release
  • Frog while turning EB
  • Push up > push up while turning crougar

  • Frog over push-up
  • Crabs (next to each other)
  • Push-up over push-up while  1 turning cross en 1 turning crougar
  • Frog over split while both turning cross

Wheels

  • Double dutch to wheels
  • Frog
  • Double under toad

  • Inside turn
  • Double switch
  • Leap frog

2 in 1 rope

  • Double under with side swing
  • Inverse toad
  • Push-up together

  • Traveller push-up
  • Crougar
  • Suburban hemisphere
